ABOUT THE COURSE
The Diploma in Legal Studies is a programme that is catered to students who require an entry-level qualification in the study of law. The course is also aimed at individuals who already possess other qualifications but would like to learn basic legal concepts that will aid them in their line of work.
WHY STUDY THIS?
The subjects that the students will cover during this course are based on the core principles of law. What makes a crime? What constitutes a contract? These are the types of legal questions the students will be able to answer upon completing this course. The course aims to provide the student with the necessary basics of understanding the law.
WHAT ARE MY FUTURE STUDY OPTIONS?
Upon successful completion of the Diploma in Legal Studies, students may progress to the Advanced Diploma in Legal Studies which delves further into the law by exploring areas such as tort and property law.
The Course is conducted over 6 months followed by an exam preparation workshop before final exams.

Full time lessons will be held 5 times a week for a duration of 3 hours and Part time lessons will be held 2 times a week for a duration of 3 hours.

- Minimum 3 ‘O’ Levels or equivalent
- Pass grade in English
- Alternatively, where students do not meet the above entry requirements, suitable work experience and an admissions interview may be required.
