ABOUT THE COURSE
The Company Legal Manager’s course is designed to equip the participant who is or will be a future business Manager/Director with a mastery of core areas of legal knowledge essential for the effective performance of his or her role in a corporate setting.
The course aims to develop the knowledge, skills and ability for the participant to operate at a high level of expertise relevant to commercial transactions so that they can not only understand the rights and obligations of a business, but also pre-empt potential legal problems from arising by taking appropriate protective measures.
The course will also discuss the interaction between law and ethics, and look at comparative, international and e-commerce issues in order to prepare participants for a world which is highly globalised and digitalised.

Course is available on a full-time and part-time basis held over a period of 6 months and 10 months respectively.
Full-time classes will be held 5 times a week for a duration of 3 hours. Part-time classes will be held twice a week for a duration of 3 hours.

Details of the quiz or final examination will be announced at or around the time of launch.
- ‘O’ Level pass in English or its equivalent; or
- 2 ‘A’ Level passes or its equivalent; or
- Diploma in Legal Studies awarded by Stansfield Law School; or
- Students with alternative qualifications and at least 5 years of relevant full-time work experience may be considered for admission upon successfully completing an admission test
